Once project planning, research, design, development, or other project-related work has started, refund eligibility may be reduced or denied based on the completed work.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable due to the nature of the work involved. These may include completed design work, website development, content writing, SEO services already performed, digital marketing campaigns that have been launched, consultation services, and any custom work delivered to the client. Third-party expenses incurred on behalf of the client are also non-refundable.

Deposits and Advance Payments

Any deposits, booking fees, or advance payments made to secure project scheduling and resource allocation may be non-refundable. These payments help cover project preparation, planning, and administrative costs. Clients are encouraged to carefully review project requirements before making any advance payments.

Revisions and Client Satisfaction

We encourage clients to communicate any concerns during the project lifecycle so that issues can be addressed promptly. Reasonable revisions may be provided according to the agreed project scope. Refunds will not be issued solely because a client changes their preferences after work has been completed in accordance with approved requirements.

Delays Caused by the Client

Emerging Freelancer shall not be held responsible for project delays resulting from a client’s failure to provide necessary information, content, approvals, access credentials, or feedback. Refund requests based on delays caused by the client may not qualify for approval.

Third-Party Services and Purchases

Refunds do not apply to third-party products, software licenses, domain registrations, hosting services, premium plugins, advertising costs, or any external services purchased specifically for a client’s project. Such purchases are subject to the refund policies of their respective providers.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, banking institution, or payment gateway involved. Emerging Freelancer is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions or third-party payment processors.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. We are committed to resolving concerns professionally and efficiently. Unauthorized chargebacks for completed or delivered work may result in suspension of services and may require further review of the project agreement and deliverables.
